Please be informed that I’M Onsen Spa will be implementing a FREE-FLOWING SYSTEM starting on December 1, 2019. Spa bookings from this day onwards will be OPEN-ENDED.

In this regard, please be guided by the following reservation policies:

1. Guests are encouraged to book their preferred date, but not the treatment time. Guests may come anytime and will be accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Guests with guaranteed reservation will be allowed to book their preferred time of treatment only upon arrival.

3. This policy shall apply on Weekdays and Weekends (EXCEPT HOLIDAYS).

4. TENTATIVE or “pencil bookings” will NOT be accepted. Walk-ins are also welcome on a first-come, first-served basis.

5. For group bookings with minimum of 10 persons, advanced reservation is recommended at least 3 days prior; walk-ins will be accommodated subject to availability.

6. Guaranteed Time slot will be optional. In cases of late arrival, surcharge, rebooking, and/or cancellation policies will apply.

     6.a. Late arrival surcharge will apply on weekends, Friday to Sunday. 15-MINUTE GRACE PERIOD will be given to all spa guests.

     6.b. Rebooking / Amendment Policy: One-time amendment if rebooking is made 24 hours before treatment time will be extended complimentary (subject to availability). Succeeding revisions will be charged with a rebooking fee of Php 500 nett per person per ocurrence.

     6.c. No refund in the event of no show for ALL guaranteed bookings.

     6.d. All guests with guaranteed time slots will be reminded about their booking a day prior through email and phone call.
